Brian Edward McGuinness is a financial consultant with Capital Management Group. Brian joined Capital Management Group in 2017 and focuses on financial planning, wealth management, and strategic implementation of myriad investment instruments and planning techniques.

After graduating from Boston University, Brian joined the industry in 2004 upon recruitment to Morgan Stanley. In 2007 Brian moved his practice from Morgan Stanley to the AXA Advisors umbrella where he has worked and built his business since.

Brian maintains his Series 7, Series 66 securities registrations as well as Life, Health, and Disability insurance licenses. He is currently licensed to conduct business in 25 states, providing financial guidance to wealthy families and small businesses.

His volunteer work for charitable organizations includes co-founding and serving as member of the Board of the Fahey Foundation, which is focused on mental health services for terminally ill children in the greater Boston area, McGuinness has also taught GED classes in mathematics and verbal skills at the Bowery Mission in the Lower East Side of New York. He has worked at Meals on Wheels and the Duchess County Lunch Box delivering meals to homebound families and individuals suffering from HIV, and for many years worked as a board member and volunteer for Christmas in the City, an organization supporting thousands of homeless children and families in the Boston area.

Brian is an East Village resident of 10 years and is active in his community and in music.
